Mother's Moments Monthly Meetup
A place for Ottawa moms to come together around the real, unfiltered experience of matrescence: the ongoing transformation of becoming and being a mother. Each month we talk about what no one prepares you for, celebrate what gets forgotten in the chaos, and connect across stages. With insight from professionals and the lived wisdom of mothers in the room, this is a space to feel less alone, release the shame around what you expected motherhood to look like, and remember that you're part of something bigger than your own experience of it. All mothers, all stages, welcome.
